Important Announcements
Volunteers and Visitors
Volunteers are valuable members of our community. They help enrich our students' educational experience. In order to volunteer on campus or visit campus for special events during the instructional day, all adults (persons 18 years or older) must complete the DUSD Volunteer Registration Process.
Dublin Unified has partnered with Be A Mentor, Inc., to support the online registration and screening process of school volunteers. Adults who wish to volunteer on a school campus, drive and/or chaperone a day and/or overnight field trip and/or athletic event need to apply through the Volunteer Management System (VMS). The clearance process takes 24-72 hours. All community members volunteering or visiting on our school campuses will need to provide proof of vaccination to volunteer on campus. Be A Mentor has updated their system so volunteers and visitors can log in to their accounts and upload the information. Use the QR Code to the right to find the "Be a Mentor" website. Parents can sign up to volunteer for classroom jobs, or parties HERE
